Your questions

Gamviro makes cakes to an agreed brief. Design, serving size, ingredients, fulfilment arrangements and price are confirmed before an order is accepted; an enquiry alone is not an order.

Ask before making the decision.

Tell us the date, venue or collection plan, number of guests and design direction. Include any ingredient concerns early, before deciding on a finish.

Can you reproduce a reference exactly?

A reference helps explain the direction. The final design must be agreed as a feasible brief, with appropriate permissions for any supplied artwork.

Does an enquiry reserve a date?

No. Availability and the order details need to be confirmed before the order is accepted.

Can I request dietary changes?

Discuss ingredients and production arrangements before ordering. Do not assume an allergen-free environment or certification from a design description.

Is delivery included?

Delivery, collection and venue setup are separate arrangements. The agreed order must state what is included.

What should I explain about a reference?

Point out the colour, shape or decoration that matters to you. The final design is agreed separately, including practical changes needed for its scale and handling.

Can the guest count change after confirmation?

Ask before assuming the existing design can accommodate it. Portion size, structure, production timing and price may need to be discussed again for the revised brief.
